We take the nastiness and bitterness out of the equation with our “real talk” with each party. We start each divorce with separate coaching sessions with each spouse regarding emotions, expectations, finances, children and all of their concerns.

We help each spouse reframe the way they think about the divorce and why it happened so that we create an atmosphere of acceptance and a willingness to negotiate in good faith.

In the typical “common” Divorce using two attorneys, each attorney speaks on behalf of the client and only sees their perspective.

They only advocate for their own client and the whole family’s welfare is not considered.

They also recommend a typical “turnkey” division of assets with no creativity or thought for a long-term financial plan specific to each case and each person.
