“I hired Elena to assist me with my divorce case in CA after ending a 28 year marriage. She gave me a settlement of the assets in a few days but my husband would not cooperate. We decided to do a collaborative divorce where we each had an attorney, a coach and a joint financial person. The fees for each meeting having five professionals in each meeting were astronomical.

We had to agree to not litigate as well. This was a disaster. The coaches were highly ineffective and could not get my husband to cooperate and be transparent. My attorney was not representing me properly and when they all finally agreed the collaboration failed we had already spent $80,000.
